Mango Coconut Meat Power Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

1 Young Coconut (water from)

3 Young Coconuts (meat from)

2 Mangoes (make sure they are ripe and tasty!)

PREPARATION:

❀ Raw Stuffed Red Peppers “Samosas” ❀

* I n g r e d i e n t s *
β€” 1 head of Cauliflower, broken up into florets
β€” 5 cloves of Garlic, freshly peeled
β€” 1 bunch of fresh Chives, lightly chopped
β€” Corn on the cob, 2 cups worth, cut straight off the cob
β€” Extra Veggies you have on hand that need to be eaten (I had fresh peas from the garden, and 1 chopped red pepper)
β€” 4 Red Peppers, tops cut off & centers hollowed out
β€” OPTIONAL: Sea Salt, Hot Peppers, Avocado, Hemp Seeds, Olive Oil, etc. for more flavor, and/or fat, but *only* if you really need it! =)
β€” Edible Flowers, for the garnish, if you are able

* P r e p a r a t i o n *
β€” 1) Lightly blend cauliflower florets and garlic cloves together in a food processor until the consistency and appearance is something along the lines of couscous or quinoa.

β€” 2) Add the freshly chopped chives, and lightly mix in food processor just until chives are evenly distributed.

β€” 3) Transfer to a bowl, and with a mixing spoon mix in the 2 cups of corn, as well as any other extra veggies you have on hand which need to be eaten, and any of the optional ingredients that you might want to add today.

β€” 4) Scoop resulting mixture into the 4 hollowed out red peppers.

β€” 5) Garnish with edible flowers.

β€” 6) Serve and enjoy!

This is a great and QUICK raw food recipe for ceasar salad dressing.

After my attempt to make a quinoa meal and film it (luckly, that didn’t make the Renegade Health Show final cut), Annmarie asked if she could show everyone how to prepare meals.

I said sure–as long as they tasted good–it would take all the prep off of me.

And frankly, I don’t prep much. The most I do is cut a mango or chop some salad and put it in the bowl.

So here’s the raw food recipe for ceasar dressing…

❀ TAHINI SAUCE aka VEGGIE DIP
aka LEMON SESAME TAHINI w/ DILL
served w/ a VEGETABLE PLATTER! ❀

* I n g r e d i e n t s *
FOR THE DIP:
β€” 2 cups Sesame Seeds
β€” 1 Zucchini aka Courgette, roughly chopped
β€” 1-4 cloves Garlic
β€” 1/2 cup Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed (approx. 2-3 lemons)
β€” 3 teaspoons Sea Salt, or to taste (Celtic Sea Salt if you can get it)
β€” Water (use as much or as little as you need for your blender to be able to effectively blend!)
β€” 1 cup Fresh Dill (Dried Dill is OK too)

FOR THE VEGETABLE PLATTER:
You can use these veggies,
or whichever kinds you want to!
β€” Cauliflower Florets
β€” Carrot Slices
β€” Zucchini Slices
β€” Beet Slices
β€” Celery Stalks
β€” Broccoli Florets
β€” Snow Peas

* P r e p a r a t i o n *
β€” 1) Blend the sesame seeds alone w/ NO other ingredients in your Vita-Mix, or other high-powered blender of your choice. If you have a “regular” blender with a weak motor, you may need to do this in stages! My blender here has a 3 horsepower motor! β€” 2) Add zucchini, garlic cloves, lemon juice, sea salt & water to blender, and blend until desired consistency is reached.

β€” 3) Add dill LAST, and blend a little bit more.

β€” 4) Arrange the veggies on your vegetable platter, serve with your tahini dip, and enjoy!

* I n s p i r a t i o n *
β€” I use zucchini in this recipe mixed in with the sesame seeds as the alkalinity of vegetables is a good balance for the acidity of fats! It also ‘stretches’ out the recipe more, keeping it overall lower in fat and calories.

β€” I chose to NOT label any sort of food or drink or ANYTHING in my life as toxic or poisonous or bad or wrong. There is only “good” and “not as good.” Our minds are very powerful so I only want to cultivate positivity flowing around in my brain as much as possible!

β€” You can turn this recipe into a salad dressing if you want by just adding more water and possibly adding something like hemp oil!
