Raw Food Recipes

My microwave has now conked out (stopped working), so I need a recipe for an easy-to-make raw food cake (a sweet one) that I can make into a butterfly shape (I have a butterfly mould). Alternatively, a cake that I can cook without a microwave, like in a pan for example.

Also is there such thing as raw food biscuits (U.S.A.: cookies)? If so, has anyone got a recipe for them? I want to use my animal-shaped biscuit cutters on them.

I have a mini-fridge, a toaster, a kettle, and a sorta stove.

If you want to cook it, it cant be raw then!
